The Human Ledger is a media platform supported by partner organizations who share our interest in the people shaping how industries change.

Those partnerships fund the work. They do not shape it.

Our partners have no say in who we feature. Guests are chosen on the strength of their perspective, not their relationship to anyone who supports us.

Our partners do not review, edit, or approve Spotlights before publication. The only person who reviews a Spotlight before it runs is the person featured in it.

Where a series is supported by a partner, we say so on that series and on every Spotlight within it.

From time to time we introduce leaders we’ve featured to a partner for a conversation, where there’s genuine mutual interest. Participating in a Spotlight never depends on accepting that introduction, and declining one has no bearing on whether or how we publish your story.
